[Kstars-devel] MPC Elements for Comets in KStars

Hello all,

a new version of mpcreader (java version) is available.

the default data download link has changed from 
http://www.cfa.harvard.edu/iau/Ephemerides to
http://www.minorplanetcenter.org/iau/Ephemerides

with minorplanetcenter.org we get more data than with cfa.harvard.edu 
(although the harvard server is a mirrof of minorplanetcenter.org(?)).

the download link can be changed with the new command line option 
--dlbase:[0|1] or --dlbase:[mpc|harvard]
default is now --dlbase:0


the new dl-link includes also data for C/2010 V1 (Ikeya-Murakami), which 
was the reason for the change.
