Yes.

But there are two valid reasons to break a string freeze:

1. Possible data loss caused by wrong/misleading strings

2. Untranslatable messages, because fixing this doesn't harm anybody, but 
gives the translation teams the chance to fix it.

No 2 applies in this case, so please go ahead and cc kde-i18n-doc at kde.org in 
the commit log.
