[Kstars-devel] setting up kde4 build environment

Hello Andrew,

Have you installed kdesupport? I think the phonon libraries have moved there 
very recently. Note also that i had problems building kdebase yesterday due 
to a different problem regarding phonon. I do not know if it has been fixed.
