Any similarity to actual star names, living or dead, is purely 
coincidental.  Those were the stars I needed to make constellation
lines like those used in H. A. Rey's "The Stars: A New Way to See
Them".  The brightest unnamed star in a constellation that I needed
was give .a, the next brightest, .b and so on.
