[Kstars-devel] Duplication for proper motion, the inaccurate way

Yes, it's the same old read-hippo.pl, heavily modified. I'll do that
shortly.

Not required, I've retained it amidst the few 50 mails I have in my
inbox, so it shouldn't be hard to find it.
