SVN commit 901848 by asimha:

Improving usability of the time setting dialog in the What's Up
Tonight tool:

+ Fixing an issue where date was normally set a day before what it was
  expected to be set to

+ Improving usability by setting the default time to evening 6 PM when
  invoking the 'Set Time' dialog to change the date.
