Okay. For now it looks like it isn't possible to have title items in menus in
Qt 4.x (see my thread "KMenu question" on kde-devel); the QStyle system
simply doesn't support it. I'm going to check Trolltech's bug tracker and
submit a request if it isn't there already.
Anyway, KDE-4.0 is a long way off, so I will leave the menu in its present
state for now. If TT can't or won't offer this feature in Qt, then I guess
we'll have to implement our own popup menu. :/
Let's consider my earlier concepts as ideas for a new Details dialog; if we
can make it smaller than the current one, then users can keep windows open
for several different objects at once, if they want.
Of course, it isn't yet time to work on new features, but I just wanted to
circulate the ideas while I had them in my head :)
