[Kstars-devel] Problem with KSTARS and LX200

I'm using with success kstars with my lx200 ( lx200 12" gps ) on
kstars from debian sid package without any problem, so, i think 
that your problem isn't a kstars problem.

Try to look if you have right permission on the serial port 
and the serial module is loaded, try to check your serial wire..
