[Kstars-devel] Polish cities and links

Hello and welcome,
I'm KStars translator to Polish. I have recently got a list of Polish cities
for KStars (with correct formatting etc). The same person has submitted
corrected info_url.dat: many entries added and updated, links to sites in
both English and Polish.

Now I have a question. In what form (especially info_url) and to who
(to the list?) should the files be sent?
