[Kstars-devel] Wrong coordinates for Coimbra, Portugal

Hello Helmut,

Thank you for pointing this out, I have fixed it in both the 3.5 and 4.0 
branches.  BTW, I have been to Coimbra, and enjoyed it immensely.  It is a 
very beautiful city.
