[Kstars-devel] version number

Hello,

We should increment the KStars version number before the 3.4 release.  I 
had basically been ignoring our version number, because I thought it is 
pretty meaningless since we became part of KDE.  However, the version 
number is displayed to the user, when they try to report a bug, for 
example.  It has caused confusion already, so I should be updating it.

So, I'll probably change the version to 1.1.

Any thoughts?
