Great!  I guess I thought you were only working in the indi directory.  I 
tried to compile the files, and most of them do compile. 

Here are the ones that didn't compile for me, to focus our efforts:
CCDPreviewWG
ContrastBrightnessDlg
INDIDriver (because PlanetCatalog no longer exists...I can try to fix this) 
INDIStd (because of the problems in CCDPreviewWG)
StreamWG
ImageSequence
TelescopeWizardProcess (again because PlanetCatalog no longer exists)
