Added functionality to the interactive mode of the modcalcvlsr calculator
module. Now it is possible to compute three velocities from the remaining one.
That is, one may compute
a) VLSR, vHeliocenctric and vGeocentric from vTopocentric, or,
b) VHeliocentric, Vgeocentric and vTopocentric from VLSR (original case), or,
c) VLSR, vGeocentric and vTopocentric from vHeliocentric, or,
d) VSLR, vTopocentric and vHeliocentric from vGeocentric.

I still have to add the funcionality to the batch mode. Have no time now and
I want to commit before the SVN migration.
