Several updates:

1. The INDI DCOP functions in the ScriptBuilder are now organized into their respective categories (General, Telescope, CCD..etc)
2. Added new Filter section to the INDI DCOP functions and established a new INDI Standard Property (FILTER_CONF)
3. Video settings should be updated now if the user restores saved or factory settings.

When running KStars from konsole, I get the following:
Cities.dat: Bad integer.  Line was:

Anyone else getting it?
