[Kstars-devel] another non-ascii translation bug

Hello,

We just got this BR: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=103797
Which reports that City names whose English string contains non-ascii 
characters (like Göttingen, Düsseldorf) are not being translated in the 
UI.  Can someone who uses a non-English KStars check this?
