Using EQUATORIAL_EOD_COORD (JNow) in LX200 and Celestron drivers instead of EQUATORIAL_COORD (J2000).

KStars still supports any drivers that are using the EQUATORIAL_COORD standard property. 

Cartes Du ciel and Xephem should be aware of this change as well.
