Jason,

Since I could not find a simple solution for compiling KStars under KDE 3.2,
due to the KSNewStuff class, I have created a personal copy of KDE 3.3 in one
of my accounts. I have just downloaded arts and kdelibs from the CVS, defined
QTDIR and KDEDIR for that account and set the PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH so
that they hold QTDIR/bin and KDEDIR/bin.

After installing those I was able to compile KStars. And what I like most, I
keep KDE 3.2 in the rest of the accounts of my computer. I am just running a
private environment with KDE from the CVS in a development account.
This was very important for me since I want to keep a stable KDE in the
computer and not mess everything up with a KDE copy from the CVS.

I will probably modify developer.kde.org to add one feature I want to work on.
That will give me time till June 22nd. I will try to finish by them.

regards,

Pablo.
