Well, you can type "NEAT (2001" to narrow it down to several :).  I quite 
agree that it would be much more useful if you could just type "Q4", though.

Excellent!  If you want, you can start with improving the filtering in the 
Find Object window.  Or take a look at the "TODO" section of the 3.3 feature
