First attempt at adding text labels to celestial guide lines.  
This commit adds the label "Equator" to the celestial equator.  
The text always appears below the equator, near the edge of the 
screen.  Also, the text is rotated to be parallel to the adjacent 
portion of the equator line.

There are some issues with the rotation, especially at low zoom.
