Removing KStarsMessageBox class.  This class was a cut-n-paste hack of 
KMessageBox::warningListCancelContinue(), because I wanted a message box 
that presented a listbox but only one button ("Ok"), which did not exist 
at the time.  However, since 3.1, there is KMessageBox::informationList(), 
which provides the desired message box.
