CVS commit by harris: 

Fixed crash condition when all FOV symbols were removed from the Edit FOV 
Tool.  The default set of symbols is now regenerated if the tool is closed 
while the list of symbols is empty.  We also show an information KMessageBox 
whenevr the list is made empty, to inform the user that the default symbols 
will be regenerated.
