For Mel Bartels, you can use the 'LX200 Generic' driver in KStars. I'm not 
sure of the full set of commands that Mel Bartels supports, but I'm assuming 
it supports basics Set/Get RA/DEC and Slew/Sync commands.

v0.1 means that we haven't really tested the driver with the actual hardware 
yet. IIRC, Mel Bartels are LX200 compatible so the LX200 Generic driver 
should work with them, but since no one tested the driver on the controller 
itself, we can't be sure.

I'll try to contact Mel Bartels and maybe we can be sure of all of this :)
