First, the Kst-2.1.0-2025.01.04-03.23-win64.zip from last year isn't
missing much in terms of new features AFAICS. There has been a lot of
development lately but mostly related to library updates and build
configuration.

My cross-build setup for building Kst for Windows is based on MXE and
their binary packages. Unfortunately MXE have no binary packages for
QT6 yet, so I can only build the kst2.1_qt5 branch now. It would be
possible to build it all from source instead, and MXE have QT6 source
packages for this, but I don't want to go into this. Also some changes
on the kst2.1_qt5 branch prevents my NetCDF package from being
detected. So I made a QT5 build without NetCDF:
Kst-2.1-2025-12-18-win64.zip - please let me know if it works fine.
