[Kst] Date and time in csv

Dear list,

Is there a way to read in csv data where the lines have the following
format:

"","2015/02/24","15:36:56",	   0.100,  	  1225.8,   	1001.5,	
   445.2

Theoretically the lines are comma separated values, but they contain
two date-format lines. ...or they could be read as tab-separated values
with a cell with a date in a weird format but it nearly looks like kst
does not discern between tabs and spaces.
