[Kst] Support for NetCDF4 files: yes or no?

Hi Ross,

I unfortunately don't have much time for Kst these days, so things take longer than they should. I have a couple of patches for netcdf contributed by a friendly user I have looked at but I haven't yet come around to making them fit better into the Kst coding style, though I will definitely do it.
Principally:
- Kst2 should support netcdf4 when cmpiled with the right version of the netcdf lib, as far as I know
- Not everything may be supported (groups in particular)
- Every good will is welcome, and the best way to get something to the community is probably to get it to compile/work in a current Kst source tree (the easiest would be to do a fresh svn checkout or git clone Peter's repository, we can support if there are difficulties) and then contribute the modified files and/or a patch

Thanks for your interest in Kst, and hoping to see code from you soon :-)

Nicolas
