[Kst] Modification of the label in command line mode

Kst can't currently do that, but it sounds like an easy feature to add....

Alternatively, one could do it though the python scripting interface - but
that is still 'alpha' on a good day.

Can you submit a bug report with a category 'wishlist' so the request
doesn't disappear?
