[Kst] Windows compilation - MSB1011 errors and qSqrt missing

Peter,
Thanks very much for the instructions. They almost worked. At least for
kst revision 1364241, getdata-0.8.4 built and linked fine with kst, but the
dirfile functionality wasn't available. Then I used getdata-0.8.0 from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/kst/files/3rdparty/ instead and it worked
fine (except for the auto-update of course).
