Sorry, Beta2 binary is broken. I missed to deploy a Mingw runtime library.
Until the Beta3 is out you could copy

     http://sourceforge.net/projects/kst/files/Kst%202.0.7/libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll/download

into the bin directory.
