[Kst] Kst acceptable time formats

Hi,

I had proposed a task in Google Code-In to add support for data/time formats in the ASCII reader, but when a student started to ask questions I noticed that I wasn't ready yet. That said, it was a good occasion to think about it and I believe at some point I had a pretty clear idea of what we should do. In the meantime I've moved and I had to take care of other stuff (which is why I wasn't so active on kst lately), and I forgot the details a bit. But stay tuned, I will propose something soon which I think should cover all needs. The implementation should not be overly difficult, hopefully we make the "spring" deadline :-)

Nicolas
