OK, but if I say I don't care about compilation speed for now, how could
I change it? Is running "cmake /path/to/kst -Dkst_merge_files=OFF"
enough?

It sure would be nice to have both compilation speed and source file
edition (+debugging, I was also wondering how you can debug with merged
files?). But not having access to the .cpp files from QtCreator is
really an issue.
