I would really like support for National Instruments TDMS format. I've
begun work on a plugin myself but progress is very slow because I've no
experience with C++.
Apparently, there is a detailed description at
http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/5696 but the format is not
completely trivial. Given the ubiquity of LabView, I'm surprised that
there doesn't seem to exist an open-source library to read it.
Now I'm wondering whether the generic binary file reader I was thinking
of (based on the work done for the okteta "structure" tool) would be
able to read this, if we feed it the description from the link above.
That would be a nice test case...
