Hmmm... lots of cruft you've found there...
I'll make the changes to the cmake files that I list below.

Might be used, but should be changed to kst2.desktop. I'll fix this.

This is a kst1.x, file, and should be removed from the kst2 source tree

Demo data. Not sure what to do about this. For now, lets *not*
install it, but soon, lets figure out what we want to do with a
tutorial package.

As far as I can tell, none of these are used in any way by kst2, and,
as an added bonus, refer to the kst1.x libraries anyway. They should
not be installed, but until I know that they will never be needed, I
am hesitant to remove them from the source tree.
