Sure, it would be nice. I actually think there are many small things to
get from KDE, it should probably be more of a parallel process than
everything at a time. But we first have to refine the concrete goals of
KDE integration and then we'll be able to plan better, including asking
other people to help (e.g. icons, etc: that can take some time to get
rolling).
As soon as we have identified all KDE integration bits, we can move them
around in the roadmap.
