So it seems that you're over bug #252874 now, if you don't know what to
tackle next, may I suggest #253165? Shipping 2.0.1 where the legends
can't be moved around sounds bad - and it's probably a rather easy fix.
Right now, there is a reparenting problem with view objects. If they're
not in the first plot, you can't move them without them going to the
wrong parent (top-level or another plot). It is the case with legends at
least, possibly also with other view objects.
I think Peter wanted to take a look at it, but he seems to have had
little time for kst those last days. Maybe you should ask him if he's
had time to look into it before spending time on it yourself.
