Major overhaul of the Kst website, making use of the Capacity framework to blend into the KDE family of sites.
This is not 100% complete yet, but there is already at least as much as in the previous site and it looks *much* 
better. Please give feedback so that we can finalize it quickly.

I hope I won't bork too much with this mega commit (using svn mv as much as possible to avoid increasing the size 
of the repo too much). It's hard to test everything in a local setup => if some issues appear when it gets online, 
I'll get to them quickly! We're not on slashdot, we can afford some experimenting :-) At least I hope so...

I have kept the previous site (Kst 1) and only moved it down one level. I hope that's OK with everybody, I guess 
yes as I had warned and nobody cried out loud.

So, now hit Enter and pray... And wait for (hopefully positive and constructive) feedback.
