Hi Guillermo, 


nice to hear you're enjoying kst :-) I'm working on video tutorials which will show how to do that, but until it is available I can only explain it with textual instructions. 
So here's how you can do it: once you've loaded your data, go to the Range->Change Data Sample Range tool, and once there select the vectors you are interested in, then "Cound from end" and in "Range" the number of samples you want (50 in your example). Hit "OK" and it should be good. 
Note that you can also select the Ranges directly in the datawizard (which is the best tool to load data into kst), or in the Create->Vector menu.
