[Kst] kst2 crash

The full paranoid rebuild procedure is:

rm -rR ./build
rm -rR src/*/tmp
rm -rR /usr/lib/libkst2*
rm  /usr/lib/kst/*

./build-kst release
./install-kst

I should make a script....
