Ouch! I had already filed one. The point is, those sysadmin requests are
private, so only the reporter and sysadmins can see them. Maybe I should
have posted it on the list straight away, but I thought I didn't need to
bother everybody with that...
I'd suggest you close yours as a duplicate of bug #258374. I'm attaching
a PDF so that you can see what I've reported.

While I'm at reporting all that I did, I should mention that I have also
sent a mail to kde-edu at kde.org since they have apparently solved the
issue, but got no reply so far. 
I have sent another message to Ingo Malchow, one of the website gurus.
As he is a sysadmin, I suppose he may have received the report from
bugzilla directly. But since there had been no feedback so far, I tried
the direct way. 
Up to now, I have not had any reply. But you don't need to do the same
on your side, it'd be a waste of time and I fear we'll end up getting on
their nerves...

That has been done by sysadmins again. It was another request I logged
(also attached, bug #251185). I don't know exactly how it was done,
though.
