It would be interesting to know whether that solves Matt's concerns regarding performance (http://mail.kde.org/pipermail/kst/2009-November/016693.html). On the whole, I believe kst2 should be rather faster than kst 1.x in the drawing area with all that the trolls have done for Graphics View, and the rest should not be sensibly slower. Or am I wrong?
