PROBLEM:
The 'new-style' plugins do not work in equations

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Start Kst
Create a plot with an INDEX vector
Select Data... New Equation...
Type in:
    plugin(bin, [INDEX}, 12)

RESULTS:
A warning is generated: "Equation was unable to load plugin bin"

EXPECTED RESULTS:
The equation is correctly generated
