PROBLEM:
The new style plugins are not listed in alphabetical together with the old style plugins.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Start Kst
Select Data... New Plugin...

RESULTS:
The plugins are listed with the 'new-style' plugins first and then the ;old-style' subsequently.

EXPECTED RESULTS:
The user should not be aware of any difference between the two types of plugin and they should be listed together in alphabetical order.
