[Kst] [Bug 92147] Using filters in equations is difficult

Seeing as it is undocumented, inconvenient, and all the plugins have changes, 
my guess is that it has never been used 'in the wild'.  
Options:
	-silently ignore the feature, and closing the bug 'wontfix.'
	-fix the feature to work w/ new plugins, and enhancing the UI to make it easy 
to use, and adding documentation.
	-leaving the bug and doing nothing.
