[Kst] Vector skip patch ?

Adam,

Some of my colleagues (the ones who noticed the skip problem #134987 in
the first place) are eagerly waiting for a fix as they have to deliver a
report very soon now (!), and they are ready to try it even before it is
officially approved. If you could send me the patch with which all tests
pass, it would be nice for them and allow us to test it from a user's
perspective as well...
