[Kst] [Bug 123399] error reading certain fits files

Confirmed that the file contains unique columns. Both kst and fv are
incorrect! I used a small utility (hpic_2ascii) to dump the FITS file to
ascii. This C code just calls fits_movabs_hdu to move to the second header
unit and then calls fits_read_atblhdr to read the ASCII table.
I'm looking at why LFIIO datasource does not work...
