[Kst] [Bug 123399] error reading certain fits files

Strange- if I cat the file, the columns are NOT identical.  So FITSIO is 
wrong?  How the heck was this file created?  If it was created with FITSIO, 
then there is a serious problem here...

| who originally wrote FITSIO.  This program reports that all columns are
