[Kst] SVN

Here is the current situation in SVN.  Kst 1.2 has been branched.  Trunk is 
ready to be re-opened, but not open yet until we decide what the next 
development approach is going to be.

No patches in trunk will go into 1.2 except for those two pending review.  All 
non-i18n-impacting fixes in trunk need to be backported.  If they are 
forwarded to me clearly so that they get my attention, I can backport them.

If anyone wants to do new development work, feel free to create a branch in 
branches/work/kst/.
