[Kst] Build error

I think this is the problem (and it's actually my fault). Could you try 
editing doc/kst/index.docbook, and in the 2nd line, change "V4.2" to 
"V4.1.2". Then try recompiling. (The newer version of the DTD was added 
post-KDE-3.1, so won't work with 3.1). If this works, I'll revert my change 
which updated the DTD to 4.2.

If this is the case, I apologise for the inconvenience - I'm used to working 
on KDE in CVS HEAD, where we don't have to worry about backwards 
compatibility so much.
