There is already a fixed one in CVS in kst/misc/tutorial/.

There are two objects not displayed even.

I'm not entirely sure, but it's possible that the object dependency order
doesn't match what's in the Kst file. This is a known issue with our
updating - there are cases that just don't work. My ongoing update reworking
should eventually fix most of these, though not all. Anyway, if the one in
CVS works for you, I don't think it's worth investigating right now.
