[Kst] Some problems in Kst

I made some layouts which hurt my pedantic eye better today in CVS, but 
there is one more issue, I don't like - statusbar height. It is uselessly 
big thanks to (mostly hidden) progressbar. Attached patch makes it look 
normal IMHO, but I leave this decision to developers. Btw, there is nice 
progress widget for statusbar in 
kdepim/libkdepim/statusbarprogresswidget.cpp.

There is one more issue regarding labels - umlauts are not handled 
correctly. You can enter umlauts into labels, they are shown correctly, but 
after save and reopen they are screwed.
