[Kst] [PATCH] Remove blue border on groups in non-layout mode

Hmmm....

Just commenting out ksttoplevelview.cpp::894-895 gets rid of the blue 
border...  So shouldn't just wraping those lines in the 
if (..getzoomradio()==LAYOUT) { 
do the trick?
